Elementi offers a 1-year warranty on fire features and accessories, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect occurs, Elementi may repair or replace the product at its discretion.
Key Warranty Terms:
- No charge for replacement parts, but the customer must return the product to the original place of purchase.
- Warranty does not cover shipping, removal, or reinstallation costs.
- Non-transferable and applies only to personal, non-commercial use.
- Gas lines must be installed by a licensed professional—improper installation voids the warranty.
- Exclusions: Shipping damage, stains, abuse, natural wear, fading, minor chipping, weathering, hairline cracks, and decorative rock.
Cast concrete may have color variations (up to 15%), small holes, or uneven textures—these are natural traits and not covered under warranty.
