Return Policy

While we stand by every product we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't a perfect fit for your needs. That's why we offer a 30 Day Return Policy.

If you'd like to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at support@nonstopswim.com with your order number and we'll provide instructions on how to process the return.

Please note: You, as the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. If delivery is refused, any carrier return charges will be deducted from your refund. A 20% processing fee will also be deducted from your refund to cover return expenses.

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.

"Like New" Condition Requirement

To receive a refund, items must arrive back at our distribution center in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means the items show no visual signs of wear and have not been installed or removed.

If items are returned showing signs of use or wear, we will be unable to accept the return and no refund will be issued. We can return the items to you at your expense. Please reach out to support@nonstopswim.com with any questions.

Damages

If your product arrives damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@nonstopswim.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be valid.

Nonstop Swim will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Please keep all original packaging for any items that may need to be returned. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to processing.

We will ensure you receive the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing or calling our customer service team.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees outlined below. Orders canceled after items have shipped are subject to return shipping costs and our standard 30 Day Return Policy.

Processing Fees on Cancellations (Orders Over $1,000)

For all orders over $1,000, a non-refundable 3% processing fee applies to any cancellation made after payment has been captured. Our payment processor does not refund transaction fees upon cancellation, and we are unable to recover this cost.

Payment Capture & Pre-Shipment Notification

We are required to capture payment within 7 days of order placement. For items not expected to ship within that window, we will notify you before capturing payment so you are aware your card will be charged prior to shipment.

By completing your purchase after receiving this notification, you acknowledge and agree that the 3% payment processing fee has already been incurred by Nonstop Swim and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason, including shipping delays.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, and manufacturer lead times. Nonstop Swim is not responsible for shipping delays, and a delay does not entitle a customer to a full refund of the processing fee once payment has been captured. If your order is delayed after payment has been captured, the 3% processing fee remains non-refundable. Please reach out to us directly if you have concerns.

AquaCal Orders — Special Order Policy

AquaCal products are considered special/custom orders and are subject to the following terms, which differ from our standard return and cancellation policy.

  • A non-refundable 3% processing fee applies to all AquaCal cancellations after payment capture, regardless of order value.
  • AquaCal units that are backordered or built to order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed and payment is captured, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Your warranty guarantees you a fully functional and operational unit. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us before cancelling.

All sales are final on backordered or built-to-order AquaCal units. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, or contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Other Return Policy Notes

  • If a specific vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product description or product-specific return information.
  • Products specified as certified pre-owned, refurbished, or used are ineligible for return.
  • Nonstop Swim only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for "one-time use" or "temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes orders for trade shows, conference venues, promotional use, or trade show facilitation.
